SJ Public Relations helped the American Cancer Society drive messaging underscoring the importance of health and wellness screening among Hispanic women.

American Cancer Society turned to SJ Public Relations to shape the mindsets of Latina women and address the myths regarding health and wellness screenings. SJPR launched a multi-channel public relations campaign which included a Spanish-language PSA and press kits. The targeted and aggressive media relations efforts resulted in more than $2 million grossed in media value with placements in key Hispanic publications. SJPR’s program also broke the organization’s previous record of in-bound call volume, earning the agency several industry awards including Ad Age Hispanic Creative Advertising Award, Publicity Club of Chicago Silver Trumpet Award and PRSA Award.
