In its most basic form, planning is the ‘who, what, where, when, why’ decided in advance for a given project or situation. Our account leaders clearly define objectives and then defer strategic recommendations to specific department heads. This synergetic strategic approach ensures planning recommendations based on the combined wisdom of individual experts. Once these recommendations are compiled, our governing board meets to prioritize and select which will be included in our final recommendations.

In the marketing communications industry, market research is required at all levels. It provides the necessary knowledge and the basis for making wise and successful decisions. We are concerned with our clients’ potential sales; therefore we study past statistics to be able to make future predictions. Our analysts gather data on competitors, and provide the necessary information for deciding how to promote, distribute, design and price products or services. Analysts also devise methods and procedures, including phone, personal or email surveys, to assess consumer preferences and public attitudes on various issues.

The objective and strategic recommendations are forwarded from the Account Planning team to the Account Services team, which develops tactical actions that are in line with the approved strategies. The Account Services team executes approved recommendations on a day-to-day basis and conducts client interaction, transparency and collaboration across each department.
